Life Cycle of a Volunteer, July 2015:
This workshop, hosted by the Mesa County Public Library District, explored best practices along the continuum of volunteer service: recruiting, onboarding/training, reward & recognition, managing performance, and succession planning. Participants walked out with ideas and useful tools to build a strong, sustainable corps of volunteers and to increase volunteer satisfaction.  Access the handout here.
